Keen to shape the Judge.me Product Reviews app product line? We are looking for a Product Owner to lead the technical development and launch of new app features. This role will be based in London where we are building out the HQ office.

Judge.me is a bootstrapped, profitable and fast growing Saas company. We have grown organically and consistently doubled annually with zero paid marketing, just by word of mouth.
We build our own products that customers love, and our Product Reviews app is Shopify’s number 1 ranked app with over 7000 five star app reviews. Over 125K shops actively use our software in 140+ countries, who altogether fulfil over 35 million orders every MONTH, which generates over 1 million verified buyer reviews per month.
Our team of 46 is international and well diversified, with offices located in London (HQ), Vietnam, Peru and Morocco. We expect our London team to work from an office in the Old Street area next year on Mondays and Thursdays.
1. Implement feature roadmap for the Judge.me Product Reviews app and manage the development cycle:
Understand vision from management, work with design and engineering teams to flesh out detailed specifications for developers.
Scope project builds: Break larger projects into phases, give completion estimates and progress updates to management team.
Lead product development: ensure what is built meets specifications, quality standards and deadlines.
Work with marketing to publicize new features and instructional content.
Validate your product. Measure quantitative & qualitative impact of features.
2. Prioritize product development requests
Manage incoming requests from internal and external clients (e.g. customer support, marketing, operations teams, also app integration partners). Prioritize requests and escalate to decision makers as appropriate.
Ensure requests are complete and contain enough info for decision making and subsequent implementation by the engineering team.
3. Create and maintain processes to gather feedback and make routine updates
Bugs: Maintain backlog, work with QA to verify bugs, and developers to fix them.
Smaller UI/UX updates: work with design to improve user experience.
Others: Translations, integrations.
4. Internal communication
Ensure goals are aligned within the product team and other stakeholders.
Keep other departments updated about features and policy changes.
Support other teams if they have product related questions.
Product Owner experience. Eager to take ownership and lead an international, cross-functional team and talk design, tech (with developers) and marketing.
Business driven and results oriented. Able to manage conflicting priorities, focus on building what will make the most business impact, and provide validation of that.
Customer focused and UX minded product evangelist. Excited to learn all about our products and share them with our users!
Technically minded. Logical thinker who considers multiple scenarios and flows. Used to assessing risks in uncertain situations.
Excellent communicator with fantastic written and spoken English. Detail oriented with the ability to write copy and proofread publicity materials.
Experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce as well as in the review apps space.
Some complementary skill sets, for example, in areas like: growth hacking, go-to-market, data analysis, statistics and machine-learning, UX research or design.
Familiarity with our toolsets: Asana, Figma, Google Analytics + Tag Manager + Data Studio, Metabase, Google suite, Hotjar.
Morning person: Working hours are somewhat flexible, but a good part of time involves working with the development team in Vietnam, so someone who likes to start and end the day early is ideal.
Have an investment mentality, and want to build for the long term.
