We’re looking for an experienced Data Scientist to join our London team.
Working closely with our Director, Product Manager, and Product Owner, you’ll be analyzing data to understand our customers, how and why they interact with our services, and how these interactions impact growth, customer satisfaction, and retention.
Based on your findings, you’ll be making product change and improvement recommendations.

Responsibilities
Analyze our customers' interactions with our apps and platform.
Collect, manage, and interpret qualitative and quantitative data and consolidate the information into actionable insights, reports, and presentations.
Partner closely with product, technical, and other business leaders to influence product decisions with data.
Conduct ad-hoc data analysis based on requests from various heads of departments, as required.
Requirements
Demonstrated ability to translate analytical insights into clear recommendations and effectively communicate them to technical and non-technical colleagues.
Data-driven with strong analytical skills and the ability to use quantitative and qualitative data to present options and demonstrate value, see patterns and trends, and anticipate customer requirements.
Experience with databases, querying data, and data structure manipulation.
Ability to critically analyze given data, ask probing questions, and perform your own research.
Self-management and self-motivation.
Strong communication and presentation skills and the ability to build strong partnerships with teams across a wide range of functions and levels, especially with senior management and technical teams.
Ability in Python and SQL for data manipulation, modeling, and scripting.
Great English, both verbal and written.
